- What's your product design process?
- Discover → Define → Design → Deliver. We start with understanding your users and business goals, define the problem clearly, design in tight feedback loops, and deliver clean Figma files with dev annotations. We also stay on during build.
- Do you work with early-stage startups?
- Yes. We've worked with pre-seed founders who had an idea on a napkin and needed help shaping it into something buildable. We're also a good fit for Series A+ teams that need to move faster without hiring a full in-house design team.
- Can you work with our existing design system?
- Yes. We can audit, extend, or fully rebuild your design system depending on what's needed. We work in Figma and follow industry-standard component and token structures.
- Do you also do development?
- Yes. We have in-house engineering so we can design and build end-to-end, or hand off to your engineering team. Most clients find it more efficient to have us do both - it removes the translation layer between design and code.
- How do you handle AI product design?
- AI UX is its own discipline. We focus on trust, transparency, graceful error handling, and designing for the full range of LLM outputs - not just the happy path. We've shipped AI-first interfaces where real users pay to use them, not just prototype demos.
